I have listed below many courses you can take online that are either free or very inexpensive. Any course I endorse on this page, I have either taken or am currently taking.

It's Just Peachy

This is a free class that takes you, step by step, teaching you CSS, Cascading Style Sheets. It is a free class, however, you are required to use some special tools in order to take this class. There is a monetary investment, but it's affordable. I have never regretted what little it cost me to learn about CSS through this course.

This class is not available any longer. Lady Gem, the owner of CSS Wise Owls has closed this site.

Juelle's Web Design:
This is an awesome course that helps you learn many ways to create web pages. You must have a good working knowledge of HTML, and it helps to know how to use PSP. (Especially if you want your own designs like I do.) This is a must for anyone who wants the best web pages! This course is $5.00 each for Beginners and Advanced, or $8.00 for both.

There are great courses here to teach you all about PSP8 and PSP9. The lady who offers these courses is Patti of Moon Designs. The cost for a new student is $25.00 and returning students pay $20.00. The courses run for eight weeks. The information gained is invaluable! Check it out and tell Patti that Peachy sent you.

PSP Classroom

Here you can take 2 weeks courses in HTML 101, Forms, Tables, Frames, HTML 301, CSS, PSP 101 and PSP 102. These classes are very informative and a great start to learning.

Creative Discovery in PSP is a wonderful group to learn how to make tags and the many aspects of PSP. The group is owned by Sandy and she has a great set of lessons in progressive groups. The lessons are free.

AS Classic Animations is a fabulous group with 84 lessons to learn how to use Animation Shop. I had a ball taking these lessons. I was so afraid of the program and this group helped me understand it and be comfortable with it. The lessons are free.
